Job Summary

Duties

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, Gtube feedings Trach Care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.

Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and changes in condition.

Requirements

Valid nursing license in the state of Ohio.
Experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or acute care environments is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work independently while demonstrating critical thinking skills in patient assessment and decision-making.
