What You Will Do

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversee daily nursing operations in the Skilled Nursing Unit.

  • Supervise, mentor, and support nursing and direct care staff, ensuring consistency and excellence in resident care.

What You Bring

  • Licensed a RN in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with a strong preference for experience in long-term care or geriatrics.

  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and person-centered care principles.
