  • $18.08-$29.53/hr. based on previous work experience.
  • Evening differential $2.00/hr.
  • Night differential $2.50/hr.
  • Weekend differential $2.50/hr.

Our 12 chair Outpatient Infusion Center offers patients and their families a specialized care environment to meet their unique safety, physical and emotional wellbeing needs. Our highly skilled infusion team provides a wide range of antibiotic therapy, chemotherapy, hydration, blood transfusions, and other supportive care for both peripheral and central lines.   • Performs duties of a licensed practical nurse as prescribed by the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act.
  • Contributes to the development of a plan of care and follows through with such plan for selected patients.
  • Administers medication with a high degree of safety and accuracy.
  • Documents nursing care and activities.
  • Assists with patient care and monitors patients during procedures.
  • Assists the departmental assistant with clinical matters
  • Maintains the exam/treatment rooms and work environment.
  • Assists with the training of other staff.

Qualifications

Education

  • Completion of  a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse.

Experience

  • Prefer previous hospital experience.
  • Previous work history reflecting stable employment is necessary.
  • If no work experience, will consider school attendance record and performance.

(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience),

Licensure / Certification

  • Current Oklahoma LPN license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
