About the Role:
As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will provide non-medical support to seniors, hospice patients, and individuals with disabilities in their homes. Your duties may include:

  • Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

  • Supporting daily activities like meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands

  • Offering companionship and emotional support

  • Following HIPAA and safety guidelines

  • Communicating clearly with clients, families, and the office team

We also staff CNAs, MAs, and nurses in long-term care facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

  • Must pass a drug screening and background check

  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient attitude

  • Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly
