Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated in-home caregivers in Burwell, Nebraska. This role involves providing a range of personal care services to clients in their own homes, ensuring they receive the necessary support for a comfortable, dignified, and independent life. Must be comfortable around a cat.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding if necessary
  • Help with mobility, including transfers and positioning
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment
  • Accompany clients to appointments or run errands as needed
  • Document and report client conditions, changes, and concerns
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Right at Home care team

Qualifications:

  • Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift or move client 
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to undergo background checks/drug test and provide professional references
  • Must be available to work on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Must be okay with a cat in the home
