Your Role as an OR RN:

As a critical member of our surgical team, you will:

Provide expert, compassionate care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nurses to ensure the highest quality of care.
Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to stringent infection control protocols.
Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, providing education and emotional support.
Utilize advanced equipment and technology to facilitate complex surgical interventions.

What You Bring to the Team:

Licensure: Current Texas RN license
Experience: Minimum of 3-6 months of post-graduate, licensed RN experience within the OR
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; CNOR preferred.
Skills: Excellent critical thinking, communication, and multitasking abilities.
