Nurse Extern - Multiple Openings / Multiple Locations

The Nurse Extern NT II plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support within the organization. Working under direct supervision, this role assists the nursing staff in delivering comprehensive healthcare services and contributes to the overall well-being of patients. This position collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of care.


Assists in the assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental health status.
Provides direct patient care, performing treatments, and assisting with procedures.
Documents patient information accurately and maintains up-to-date medical records.
Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitors and reports changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff. Adheres to infection control protocols and maintains a safe and clean environment for patients.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, Rising senior in college actively enrolled and in an approved school of Nursing. Completion of Nursing Assistant I and II training program
