Job Summary:

Right at Home Northwest is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of caregivers who provide in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing exceptional care and support in their own homes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks

  • Develop personal relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences

  • Monitor client health and wellness, reporting any changes or concerns to the care coordinator

  • Collaborate with other caregivers and care coordinators to ensure seamless care delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of client care, including progress notes and medication administration

  • Participate in training and orientation programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards

    Requirements:

    • 0 years of experience in caregiving or a related field (training provided)

    • Ability to provide exceptional care and support to clients with varying needs

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move as necessary

    • Reliable transportation to client homes

    • Must be able to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
