Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers regarding the patient’s needs and progress.
Document care provided and any changes in the patient’s condition.

Qualifications:

Current certification as a CNA, CHHA, PCA.
Previous experience in caregiving, especially with young adults or individuals with specific health needs, is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
