You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

  • Companionship
  • Cooking and light housekeeping
  • Transportation for appointments and errands
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active State of NJ CHHA license preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Must have available reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance to do hourly work, proof of current TB testing
  • Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
  • Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
  • Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)

Your Role and Responsibilities: As a member of our care team, you’ll help clients with daily living activities, including: Assisting with mobility and transfers within the home. Performing light housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, dishes, laundry, and bathroom cleaning. Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences.
