Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our well-established practice at Baptist St. Anthony’s (BSA) Health System! 

  • Operated by BSA Health System, the facility is committed to maintaining their strong regional reputation as perinatal leaders 
  • A Level III, 21-bed unit, our practice covers in-house deliveries and part of the well-baby nursery
  • There are 2,000 deliveries annually with an ADC of 14
  • Unit has the capabilities of HFOV, nitric oxide, whole body cooling capability and has strong surgical and sub-specialty consult support
  • Neonatal Transport Team available 24/7
  • 24hr in-house NNP shifts

Qualifications

  • TX medical license or active IMLC license, preferred
  • Current APRN national specialty certification required
  • Minimum of a master’s degree and 1 year post-grad clinical experience required
  • Recent NNP experience required (within the past 12 months)

Benefits and Compensation

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
