What You’ll Do:

  • Perform a range of medical aesthetic treatments including:
  • Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more
  • Travel to various Chapter studios to provide aesthetic care and operational support
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences across locations
  • Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatments
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
  • Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards in all treatment environments
  • Collaborate with studio teams to drive performance metrics such as revenue, rebooking, and retention

  • Active RN license in the state of Iowa (multi-state licensure is a plus)
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics OR formal aesthetics training preferred
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly within assigned markets
