We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a vital member of our inpatient psychiatric service, you’ll have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to individuals with a range of psychiatric conditions, helping them stabilize, heal, and build the foundation for long-term recovery.

What You’ll Do:

Provide daily psychiatric care in our 10-bed, voluntary mental health unit at Virtua Willingboro Hospital
Assist attendings on our other 2 psychiatric units at Virtua Willingboro as needed
Will have the support of a collaborating psychiatrist

In addition to inpatient psychiatric care, our program also provides:

Outpatient mental health treatment with psychiatrists, advanced nurse practitioners, and licensed clinical social workers who are embedded within 28 primary care offices
CASTLE pediatric behavioral health program, including outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient therapy, partial hospitalization, and a therapeutic nursery for kids ages 3 to 4
Advanced interventional psychiatry providing treatments such as electroconvulsive therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation.
Substance use disorder treatment through our Medication for Addiction Treatment program
Perinatal mood and anxiety disorder program

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is: $53,000.00 (annually).
The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
