Your Role:

As a Hospice RN, you’ll support patients and their families by delivering expert care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Working in the community, you’ll assess needs, manage symptoms, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and serve as a trusted guide through end-of-life care.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a nurse who brings both clinical expertise and a heart for hospice care. The ideal candidate understands hospice principles and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications: 

  • Current RN license in New York State

  • At least 1 year of recent hands-on nursing experience

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • Valid NY State driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Experience in hospice, home care, or oncology is preferred

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for compassionate care

USD $95,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.
