Attend to resident care needs as care planned and document. Recognize and report to the Charge Nurse changes in resident's condition (physical, mental, emotional, behavioral). Perform and document special tasks including blood glucose readings, pulse oximetry readings, established inhalation therapy. Review resident Care Worksheets to ensure all needs are identified accurately, plans are complete, and goals are accomplished as defined; report any changes to Charge Nurse.
