Job Summary Windsor Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards. Essential Functions: Answers signal lights Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs). Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help. Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk. Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed. Job Summary Windsor Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage nursing care delivery to the residents. Oversees other staff members in caring for those residents, follows the plan of care, and performs general nursing duties. Essential Functions: Supervises nursing care to residents Complies with state and Federal Regulations Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Required: Current licensure in the state of employment. Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
