Nurse Practitioner (Remote, Full-time)

Position Summary: As a Staff Clinician at SteadyMD, you will be at the forefront of our clinical operations, providing patient-centered, timely access to care across multiple programs. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care, flexibility, strong clinical acumen, collaborative spirit, a growth mindset and leadership skills to support the success of our programs. You will engage with patients through video, phone, and asynchronous communication platforms, delivering care that aligns with SteadyMD's commitment to excellence. Position Overview: Role: Staff Nurse Practitioner Location: Fully Remote 40 hours a week - some weekends and evenings Compensation Range: $100K - $120K annually Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient care across SteadyMD's programs, including but not limited to: urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring and primary care. Conduct evaluations via video, phone (both scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages (adults and pediatrics). Serve a diverse patient population while exemplifying inclusivity and evidence-based clinical practices. Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery. Demonstrate adaptability and a growth mindset by training on all programs as assigned and approved by the Medical Executive Committee and working across multiple programs during scheduled shifts to provide timely, high quality, patient-centered care. Act as a clinical leader within SteadyMD’s operations, setting the standard for care delivery, professionalism and collaboration. Collaborate with peers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance program performance and patient outcomes. Participate in supervision requirements as applicable for credentialing and licensure. Cooperation with all teams on obtaining and maintaining additional licensure, and SteadyMD or program specific credentialing requirements as needed. Active and unrestricted medical license (MD, DO, NP) in applicable states. Board certification in a relevant specialty required (family medicine, med-peds, emergency medicine). 2 years of independent practice experience as an NP preferred Must be comfortable prescribing compound medication Comfortable with complex chronic condition management preference Availability to work a minimum of two full weekends per month Telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred Skills Requirements: Proficiency with technology platforms for telemedicine delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong professionalism and ability to work autonomously. Leadership qualities and a commitment to collaborative care. Certified Medical Assistant (Full-Time)

SteadyMD initially launched in two states: California and Missouri. By 2018, the company was licensed, operating, and providing care in all 50 states. Reporting to the Medical Director of Clinical Operations, the Certified Medical Assistant will be a key team member of the collaborative care team. The CMA serves as a liaison between providers, partner programs, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, patients, and others. They respond to inbound requests and assist with virtual care activities such as medication refills, connecting patients with clinicians, communicating test results, and providing patient education and support. Duties & Responsibilities: Receives, triages, and responds to inbound requests from providers, partner programs, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, patients, and others via multiple channels including, but not limited to, inbound calls and electronic messages regarding patient care. Under the direction of a clinician, assists with virtual care activities such as gathering/documenting medical history, medication refills, test result communication, patient education, etc. Assists with referrals, pharmacy questions, patient portal administration, and authorization of services, equipment, and medications. Answers calls and routes all incoming correspondence to appropriate staff. Supports patients and team members with use of video visit technology and connecting patients with clinicians in a timely manner. Follow all privacy policies and maintain the confidentiality of protected health information. Some administrative and operations duties as assigned. Schedule: Monday - Friday 12pm - 8pm CST Certified Medical Assistant Demonstrates awareness of medical/legal issues, patient rights and compliance of all relevant guidelines including HIPAA Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and have the ability to assess data appropriate to the age-specific needs of the patients. 3-5 years’ experience as a Medical Assistant preferably in primary care. At least 1 year of experience in telehealth is preferred but not required. Managerial or lead CMA experience preferred but not required. Experience with electronic medical records systems.
