Salary The base rate for a 4 hour shift is $22.50 per hour, and increases based on level of care client needs. Rates fluxuate based on length of shift. Qualifications and Requirement HCA, CNA, or NAR (with exemption letter or currently enrolled or have completed the 75-hour training), License must complete a WA state-approved training program and WA license, if in schooling you have 200 days to get your license.
