Job Summary We are seeking reliable and dedicated caregivers to be on call for 24-hour shifts. As an On-Call Caregiver, you will be available to fill in for any last-minute shift call-offs if a replacement cannot be found. You will receive a $50 stipend for each 24-hour on-call period, plus your standard hourly pay for any hours worked during a call-in. Responsibilities Remain available and reachable for the full 24-hour on-call shift. Respond promptly to calls for coverage and be prepared to fill any open caregiver shifts as needed. Provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Communicate effectively with the scheduling team and promptly report shift coverage or any issues. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided during any call-in shifts. Compensation $50 per 24-hour on-call shift (stipend), paid even if not called in. Standard hourly wage for all hours worked if called in to cover a shift. Overtime pay if applicable. Requirements Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes within [service area].
