Job Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities to residents in a nursing home setting. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the CNA ensures the physical and emotional well-being of residents is maintained in a safe, clean, and supportive environment. Night Shift 7p-7a Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Turn, reposition, and transfer residents to prevent pressure injuries and ensure comfort. Assist with mobility, ambulation, and use of assistive devices. Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or mental conditions to nursing staff. Maintain residents' rooms and common areas in clean, orderly condition. Adhere to infection control, safety, and resident rights protocols. Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policy. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Assist with intake and output monitoring and collection of specimens as needed. Participate in care plan meetings and staff training sessions. All other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (preferred) Current CNA certification in the state of Ohio Previous experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN). CPR/BLS certification required.
