Eligibility Successful applicants will be: Recent graduates of an accredited ARNP or PA program with an emphasis on clinical experiences in Family Practice. Program Structure 12-month full-time residency Core primary care rotations and continuity clinic Weekly learning sessions and workshops Dedicated preceptors and regular evaluations Protected time for a clinic-support project Ongoing mentorship and professional development Selection Timeline Applications open December 1, 2025 Applications are due January 30, 2026 Interviews are offered first week of February, The interview takes place in late February All residency offers - March 3rd. Program begins September 7 Education - Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program or an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner program with an emphasis on clinical experiences in Family Practice. Experience - Two (2) years of health care experience and/or working with community health center patients preferred. Other Requirement(s) - National Board Certification (PAC) and current Physician Assistant license to practice in the State of Washington or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License to practice in the State of Washington. BLS Certified. Bilingual (English/API language) preferred.

This position works collaboratively with providers and other members of the health care team to improve the health of patients with chronic disease conditions and/or complex needs; educates patients and families to help them manage their health care needs; facilitates communication, coordinates services, addresses barriers, and promotes optimal allocation of resources while balancing clinical quality and cost management. E ducation - Completion of a BSN, or an ADN from an accredited institution. Experience - Two years ambulatory nursing experience with BSN or three years with an ADN preferred, in areas such as public health, community health, or equivalent and experience in multicultural nursing or other social service area and commitment to community health care preferred. Care management or chronic disease management experience preferred. Other Requirement(s) - Current WA State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers. Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) preferred. Obtaining specialty certification in care management within 12 months of hire required.
