This position also involves performing drug screenings and obtaining bloodwork for both employees and patients. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Occupational Medicine Provider during patient examinations and treatments. Support employee wellness programs, including tracking illnesses and coordinating annual training and testing. Assist with Infection Control activities such as tracking, reporting, and conducting follow-up with employees and patients. Perform drug screenings, breath alcohol testing, and collect blood samples as required. Maintain accurate and confidential patient and employee health records. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional nursing care for obstetric patients in accordance with hospital standards and policies. The OB RN will coordinate and evaluate nursing care for acute care patients, perform a variety of professional nursing duties, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment. This role requires strong judgment, supervisory ability, and a commitment to continuous growth and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized and comprehensive nursing care in the Obstetrics unit. Maintain accountability for nursing care and delegate tasks as appropriate.
