Now Hiring: Registered Nurses (RNs) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PM Shift We are looking for knowledgeable, dependable, and compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our fast-growing team! Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Supervise and direct the daily activities of nursing assistants. Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by the physician. Monitor and communicate any changes in residents’ clinical condition to the physician, nursing supervisor, and family. Complete all required documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers, following facility policies. Make daily resident rounds and ensure proper follow-up on care needs. Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse (in good standing). Long-term care experience required. CPR certification required. EMAR experience preferred.
