Perform comprehensive Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, assisting with feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, and toileting, always prioritizing resident comfort and dignity. Maintain impeccably clean and safe living conditions for residents, ensuring a hygienic and organized environment. Accurately and thoroughly complete all required reports and records in a timely manner, documenting resident care and observations to ensure seamless communication within the care team. Proactively observe and report any changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the Unit Manager or Charge Nurse promptly. Perform all duties in strict accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines, as well as facility policies, upholding the highest standards of care. Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and specific exercises as directed by their care plans. Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator. Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a vital part of a group. Basic computer knowledge for charting and communication. Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but we welcome all dedicated individuals.
