You’ll provide clinical support, ensure safe medication management, and foster a calm, engaging environment where every resident feels valued and respected. The position provides assistance to residents in the Memory Care Program(s) with their activities of daily living, implementation of resident plans of care, documentation of nursing services and enabling residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.
