The Director of Wound Care - RN Supports employee and patient education to enhance knowledge and skills. The Director of Wound Care - RN implements policies and procedures, along with evidence based standards of care and practice. The Director of Wound Care - RN provides consultative service to clinical team, patients and their families. Wound Care, Ostomy, WOCN, RN Wound Care, Wound Care Director, Wound Care Manager, Wound Care Coordinator, Wound Care Supervisor Requirements Education: BSN required. Licenses/Certification: Current State Licensed as a Registered Nurse, BLS certification. Wound and ostomy care certification required from ANCC accredited program. Experience: Five (5) years nursing experience in an acute care setting with at least two (2) years in a leadership role. Requirements Education: Either enrolled and accepted into a state approved nurse aide training program or successfully completed the training program but not fully certified.
