Position Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring each resident’s comfort and dignity. This role requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: Resident Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility. Health Monitoring: Take and record vital signs, report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. Personal Care: Provide comfort and emotional support to residents, ensuring their well-being and respect for dignity.
