Responsibilities Provide personalized care to clients in accordance with their individual care plans. Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Administer medications as prescribed and assist with the management of health care supplies. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary. Engage clients in social, recreational, and cognitive activities to enhance their quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or related field is a plus. Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and families. Compassionate and patient demeanor, able to handle challenging situations with care. Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety regulations. Good organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary certifications.
