The intern will support the Aledade FIRST (Fostering Independence, Readiness, Sustainability, and Togetherness) program, which helps residents explore pathways into independent primary care and value-based care practice through Aledade partner practices. Working closely with program leadership, the intern will contribute to multiple ongoing program initiatives by conducting targeted research and synthesis on topics relevant to physician career pathways and practice sustainability, assisting with development of educational and communication materials for residents and partner practices, and supporting program operations through data tracking and analysis. The intern will choose from the topics below and complete a deliverable based on the nature of their project. Acceptable deliverables include a white paper, educational material for practices and patients, and/or other media designed to improve population health in the communities we serve.
