Aledade is recruiting for 2026 Summer Interns! Interns ​receive​ guidance​ ​from​ senior​ ​leaders​ and​ ​take​ ​part​ ​in​ ​substantive, hands-on​ ​projects​ ​that​ ​foster​ an understanding​ ​of​ ​overall​ ​operations​ ​at​ ​Aledade​ ​and​ ​the​ ​function​ ​of our​ ​complex​ ​healthcare​ system​ ​in​ ​general.​ This internship will begin on June 1st, 2026, and last for 10 weeks until August 7th, 2026. 

The intern will support the Aledade FIRST (Fostering Independence, Readiness, Sustainability, and Togetherness) program, which helps residents explore pathways into independent primary care and value-based care practice through Aledade partner practices. Working closely with program leadership, the intern will contribute to multiple ongoing program initiatives by conducting targeted research and synthesis on topics relevant to physician career pathways and practice sustainability, assisting with development of educational and communication materials for residents and partner practices, and supporting program operations through data tracking and analysis. The intern will also help organize and summarize insights from resident engagement activities, assist with preparation of program resources, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts as the FIRST program expands to support a growing national cohort of trainees interested in independent practice.

  • Develop​ ​expertise​ ​in​ ​areas​ ​including​ ​healthcare​ ​policy,​ ​programming​ ​languages,​ ​business​ ​operations, Medicare​, ​and​ ​commercial​ ​payer​ ​contracts​ ​and​ ​clinical​ ​workflows.

The intern will also help with small projects throughout the summer, such as preparing decks/presentations, researching different issues in policy, possibly writing short articles. Our Internship program for our Growth Team is designed for undergraduate students that are entering into their Junior year of college or candidates that are entering into their First year of a Masters program. Our interns will gain corporate experience and explore a future career in empowering independent, primary care practices. Interns will be engaged with their individual unique projects and be responsible for delivering results, both as an individual and as a member of the team. The Aledade Internship Program is designed to foster relative work experience, camaraderie, networking opportunities, and professional development. \n Primary Duties: Create detailed tracking of deal closures and work with Network Development Leads (NDL's) to ensure paperwork is finalized. Attend meetings that are led by experienced NDL's. Partner with NDL's to ensure deadlines are met. Learn to provide coverage for NDL's on leave. Provide support for Florida and Georgia markets. Ability to travel in-person to the Florida and Georgia markets 3-5 times within this 10-week internship period. Summer Internship - Provider Network Operations

This intern will support the design and build of a standardized ETL data pipeline to automate Quality Bonus payments for Aledade’s partner practices. You will work closely with Finance, Engineering, and Revenue teams to document payment logic, maintain data mapping inventories, and test system outputs against complex business rules. Throughout this project, you will gain hands-on experience in healthcare data transformation, learning how raw claims and financial data flow through a modern pipeline into auditable payment platforms. By participating in the full project lifecycle—from initial discovery to go-live—you will develop practical skills in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
