Interdisciplinary Teamwork: Participate actively in shift reports and effectively communicate and coordinate care plans with CNAs, RNs, therapists, and other care team members to ensure seamless continuity of care and optimal resident outcomes. Regulatory Compliance: Rigorously adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations (including HIPAA), as well as facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment. Unit Support: Assist the supervising RN with admissions, discharges, and emergent situations, performing all other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Unit Manager to maintain optimal unit operations. Qualifications License: Must possess a current, Active, and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License within the state of Wisconsin.
