Supportive Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: 1:5 on days, 1:6 on nights, with dedicated techs for patient support and charge nurses who are not in staffing. Our nurses work directly with 40+ orthopedic surgeons and their residents, playing an integral role in shaping patient care plans and policies.
