The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1-2 years Home Health Aide experience working for a licensed and Medicare Certified Home Health or Hospice agency. Responsibilities include: making visits to patient homes to provide personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, dressing, and assisting the patient with ambulation and transfer activities.
