RN Hospice Part-time

Our Agency is seeking an experienced HOME CARE/HOSPICE RN to join our progressive team.

Schedule:  Saturday & Sunday, 24 hours per week

Candidates must have home health and/or hospice experience. Positions available in Litchfield County and Farmington Valley.

The Agency utilizes Netsmart for its EMR and adheres to National Best Practice Guidelines for caseload and visit productivity. We offer a flexible work environment, salary plus bonus, paid time off and retirement plan. A great opportunity to work with a great group of clinicians.
