Helping residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort. Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and well-being to our nursing staff. Assisting with meal service and ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration. Providing companionship and a listening ear, building meaningful relationships with our residents. Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. What We're Looking For: A valid Pennsylvania CNA certification. A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong work ethic and a reliable, team-oriented attitude. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment. Prior experience in a senior living or long-term care setting is a plus, but not required.
