What You'll Do:

As a Med Tech at Seneca Manor, you'll be a vital part of our residents' daily lives, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to thrive. Your compassionate care will directly impact their well-being and happiness. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications to residents as prescribed by physicians.

  • Accurately documenting all medication administration and resident observations.

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and well-being to our nursing staff.

  • Providing companionship and a listening ear, building meaningful relationships with our residents.

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

What We're Looking For:

  • A valid Med Tech certification in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain one.

  • A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A strong work ethic and a reliable, team-oriented attitude.

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment.

  • Prior experience in a senior living or long-term care setting is a plus, but not required. We're happy to mentor the right candidate!
