This position involves teaching theoretical and practical components of the CNA curriculum, and providing guidance and support to students. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state regulations and the program's curriculum. Deliver engaging and informative lectures on various topics related to nursing and patient care. Provide hands-on training in clinical skills such as patient hygiene, vital signs monitoring, mobility assistance, and other essential CNA duties. Assess students’ performance through quizzes, exams, practical demonstrations, and assignments. Offer constructive feedback and support to help students improve and succeed.
