Timely and complete documentation in medical records in accordance with professional staff regulations, including specific problems, goals and interventions. Timely and effective documentation of any billing-related credentialing and day-to-day medical encounter and activities forms. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development for ages specific to assigned responsibilities and possesses ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to age-specific needs.
