Acting in the absence of the SALSA (Supervisor of Assisted Living), this position oversees staff and resident care in compliance with state and federal regulations. You’ll collaborate with the SALSA to maintain high standards of care and team development. Essential Responsibilities Supervise nursing personnel and assisted living aides in daily care delivery Evaluate clinical competence of staff Medication Administration Assessments Lead quality management initiatives and promote team development Provide on-call support as needed Requirements Familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly population Strong leadership and delegation skills Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers Previous experience preferred but not required Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM On-Call Rotation Manager on Duty Rotation What Our Team Says “It truly feels like a family at Charter.” “The residents are an extension of my family now.” “Charter truly lives its mission.
