Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Hours of Job Part Time Day Shift 7a to 7p Every 3rd Weekend and Holiday Rotation Duties and Key Responsibilities Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel. Assumes a lead role in patient teaching. Places the patient at the center of care practices. Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes. May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to the distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity. Requirements Ability to work every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation. Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs. Education/Certifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensed RN. Experience Previous experience is preferred but not required.
