Position Summary The Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (ANOM) is responsible for the management of their designated unit/department, including nursing practice and administrative oversight of the area. In conjunction with the Unit/Department Nursing Operations Manager, theANOM provides guidance and direction on all aspects of unit operations including customer experience, budgetary performance, humanresources activities, shared leadership, and quality outcomes.
