Registered Nurse Role $2,448 per week The quick version We’re hiring a Registered Nurse for our HH PACE program in Aurora. You’ll support patients in their homes and in the community, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, and keep things moving smoothly so patients stay safe, stable, and out of the hospital.
