Summary: Provides care under the supervision of a physician or registered nurses for clinic patients, according to established standards and practices. Performs various lab procedures when necessary and in accordance with competency. Current LPN state license and registration with the State Board of Practical Nursing in practicing state. Current BCLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
