LPN/RN Supervisor Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State. Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred. Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees. Supervise staff in day to day operations Function as floor nurse as needed Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance. Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives. Meet all local health regulations, and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment. Current LPN or RN license in the state. At least one year of RN experience in a long-term care setting is preferred. Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.
