How you make a difference The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in patient care by contributing to the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Graduate of an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program One-year or more experience as a nurse in a senior care setting preferred Assisted living and/or dementia experience preferred Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
