Experience : 3-years - related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in assisted living, geriatric nursing, or gerontology and dementia care. Experience in medication administration and hands-on personal care preferred. Demonstrated ability in budgeting and cost control. Experience in operating an electronic care system. Physical Requirements: This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care.
