Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action Qualifications Minimum Education Graduate of a Program in Discipline – RN, Required Licenses/Certifications Tennessee Licenses RN or compact state license American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire or transfer Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 6 months of hire or transfer
