Ensure the client’s safety during transportation, assisting with getting in and out of vehicles if necessary. Maintain a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle. Job Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Medical/Surgical provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role includes monitoring vital signs, administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with activities of daily living.
