Conduct routine infection surveillance and audits; track, analyze, and report trends. Provide staff training on infection prevention protocols, standard precautions, PPE usage, and outbreak management. Investigate and document infection outbreaks and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with medical staff, housekeeping, dietary, and other departments to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
