Summary Works under the supervision of the Med-Surg Nurse Manager. The Staff RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and supervises individual patient care on the nursing unit according to established policies, procedures and guidelines. Accepts responsibility for the direction of co-workers in the implementation of the patient’s plan of care. Performs other duties as assigned.
