Current CPR certification TB test and physical examination. Maintain required insurance. Good interpersonal skills. Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients. Ability to operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisions. Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patient’s home. Ability to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end of life care. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience as an RN/LPN in a clinical or home health setting.
